Dr. Mandeep knew she wanted to help and heal others at a very young age. Her elderly grandparents helped raise her and have influenced her to maintain a healthy lifestyle, including nutrient-dense, vibrant foods, and sleep habits. She always envisioned a career in health and working closely with families and in the community, which she resides. She continues to take a variety of educational courses to expand her overall health awareness to provide the best possible care for her patients.
When Dr. Braich is not at the office, she enjoys spending time in nature, doing yoga and meditation, going to the gym, writing, and reading and her favourite love of all is her family. She loves traveling with her husband, son and daughter.
